Family D was doing a full redesign of their home after 10 years. When they bought the home, they thought they were designed slowly over time. But life, work, and kids got in the way. Their kids grew older and Mama D was transitioning to working from home; so it was the perfect opportunity to invigorate their space with new life.

After being in their home for 10 years, Family D knew what they needed practically, but had no idea where to start from a design perspective.  Nulo Designs worked with the family to make sure each room of their home design was cohesive and functional. The biggest challenge: everyone has allergies- even the dog!  We had to stay away from fabrics that would hold lint, allergens, or pet dander and could be easily and frequently cleaned. We focused on incorporating warmth, texture and color through paint, wallpaper and hard finish fixtures.
